Ball Bearings Angular contact ball bearings

Ball Bearings are the most common bearings in the mechanical industry. Their friction torque is small, mostly suited where high speed rotation, low noise & low vibration are required such as precision instruments, low noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles & general machines etc.

Angular contact ball bearings can take radial load & axial load at the same time, but single row angular contact bearings can only take axial load in single direction, therefore they are often used in pairs. They are mainly used in the machine tool spindles, high frequency motors, centrifugal separators, compact car front wheels & different pinion shafts.

Four Row Bearings Tapered Roller Bearings

Specially designed & manufactured Four Row Bearings are mainly used for the Rolling Mill. XCS supplies Four Row Bearings with modern new designs & improved load distribution.

Tapered Roller Bearings are equipped with conical rollers, which are guided by a back to back rib on the cone. These are mainly used in automobiles, machine tool spindles, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, gear reduction device, rolling mill assembly & reduction device.

Self Aligned Bearings Spherical Roller Bearings

Self Aligned Bearings have two raceways, the raceway for outer ring is spherical surface & the spherical surface’s centre of curvature coincide with the bearing axis. There are two structures of self-aligning ball bearings, cylindrical bore & tapered bore. They are mainly used in the textile machinery drive shift.

Spherical Roller Bearings can take, not only heavy radial loads, but also some axial loads in either direction. They have excellent radial load carrying capacity & are suitable for use where there are heavy or impact loads such as paper manufacturing machinery, reduction device ,railway vehicle ,crusher, vibration griddle & various industrial reducer.
